The mentoring circles are led by a senior leader from a participating organisation\, who facilitates conversations and learning over a six-month period. \nThe mentoring circles empower participants to gain new insights\, learn from each other鈥檚 experiences\, and build a network of support and encouragement. \nA cost is associated with participation in the programme\, with both BITC member and non-member rates available.
